A Buyer's Premium of 4% will be added to the final bid and will constitute a portion of the selling price.
The Successful Bidder will be required to complete a UNCONDITIONAL Purchase Contract and forward a non-refundable 10% deposit within 48 hours of the completion of the auction. The vendor reserves the right to accept or reject the final bid.
