There are a total 108 sites within the resort, with 25 riverfront sites up for Auction for a 35 year lease. You will find on each of the lots plenty of shade and privacy with all the majestic pines throughout the campground. Your RV can stay at your site for the duration of your lease (if you choose) and save that winter storage fee and free up space in your yard.
A short 40 minutes drive east of Red Deer, or 20 minutes west from Stettler, highway 21 access off pavement. Forget trying to book that Provincial site next year and secure your own private site now, for the next 35 years.
A Buyer's Premium of 10% will be added to the final bid and will constitute a portion of the selling price.
The Successful Bidder will be required to complete a lease agreement and forward full payment within 48 hours of the completion of the auction. Possession Date will be effective for access between Oct 1-15, 2023 or on May 15, 2024.
